1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and IMunlocker.com (“IMunlocker”, “we”, “our” or “us”). They govern your use of all IMunlocker services, including phone unlocking, firmware solutions, remote support, and any other services provided via our platform.

By registering for an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including all referenced documents and additional terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, do not register or use our services.

2. Risk Warning

• You are solely responsible for any payments made. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and blocked service orders.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• For payments in stable cryptocurrencies, the account balance may be adjusted to match fluctuations. Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency type.
• Account security is your responsibility. Unauthorized access or hacking is solely your responsibility. We enable two-factor authentication (OTP) for all accounts.
• Refund fees on any payment gateway are your responsibility.
• Always verify with us before sending money to any account. If an account is blocked or suspended, funds will be refunded only after resolution.

3. Device Responsibility

• Ensure your device is not stolen. Verify the IMEI with the original owner to prevent legal issues.
• Wholesale account holders must not share pricing or service information; violations will result in account termination.
• You are responsible for entering correct device information before ordering any service.

4. Proper Use of Services

• Use all services lawfully and responsibly. Misuse or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of services, but we will assist in resolving issues.
• Verify compatibility of services with your device before ordering.
• Follow all guidelines and instructions to prevent account or device issues.

5. Service Cancellation & Refunds

• Requests in execution phase cannot be canceled.
• Requests not yet in execution may be canceled within 2–4 hours.
• If a request fails, funds are refunded to your server balance.
• All refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Security & General Guidelines

• Do not share account credentials or passwords with third parties.
• Ensure all services are used responsibly and lawfully.
• Unauthorized access or account compromise is solely your responsibility.
• Always protect your personal data and follow best security practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, tools, and branding on IMunlocker.com are owned or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMunlocker.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. All services are provided “as-is” without warranties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.

10. Changes to These Terms

IMunlocker.com may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with the new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
